What personal information do we hold and how do we store it?

We only collect basic data that we need to be able to operate our business and serve our clients effectively. This can include your name, work email address, work phone number, relevant social media accounts, job title, name of employer and date of birth. We collect this information by means including searches on social media and the use of databases provided by third parties on a commercial basis.

We have subscriptions to databases such as Roxhill Media (https://roxhillmedia.com/privacy-policy) which we believe to be fully GDPR-compliant.

We store all our data securely using GDPR-compliant third-party services such as Microsoft Office and Dropbox.

Why may we have data about you?

We collect, store and process limited amounts of data to be able to operate effectively as a strategic communications consultancy. Our work serves the interests of our clients who want to communicate with journalists and other relevant parties. It also serves the interests of media and other relevant parties who need and want information about and access to our clients.

We only use data about individuals in ways that would be reasonably expected of a responsible strategic communications consultancy.

Do we share personal data?

We may occasionally share limited amounts of data such as contact details with third parties, primarily our clients. In such cases we always take care to ensure that your rights as an individual are properly observed and not infringed.

How long do we store personal data?

We aim to ensure that all the personal data we hold is up to date and relevant at all times. We review and update our contact lists regularly. We delete personal data that has become obsolete as soon as we become aware of this, and should anyone whose data we hold ask us to do so.
